Biography
Daniel Moore has loved the study of history for as long as he can remember. The running joke in his family of eleven is that he knew exactly what he wanted to be the moment he was born. After graduating in 2016, Daniel took this great fondness of history and earned both his Bachelor’s of Science in History (2021) and Master of Arts in History (2022) from Liberty University. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in History, also from Liberty University, focusing his dissertation on the Catholic Chaplaincy in the American army during the Mexican-American War.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys music, reading works of history, theology, and literature, lifting weights, and spending time with his family. One can find Daniel on a cool Sunday afternoon on his back porch smoking a pipe and enjoying a book.
Having been homeschooled from K-12 in a Christian household full of joy and laughter and traveling across the United States and Canada playing music with his family band, Daniel understands the homeschool environment and wishes to integrate this experience, along with his passion for history, with any student he takes under his tutelage.
