Biography
Josiah Robinson is a chemical engineering student at the University of Iowa. He finds great value in helping others gain deeper understandings of mathematics concepts, teaching not just how to solve problems, but the logic behind how to solve problems. He has tutored siblings and classmates in everything from basic operations and Algebra to Trigonometry, Statistics, and Calculus III. Few things in life bring Josiah as much joy as watching someone have lightbulb moments where things seem to click into place, and he is excited to take part in the learning process of students at Scholé Academy.
Josiah was drawn to Scholé Academy by the focus on conceptual understanding. Josiah believes that having a solid understanding of the logical principles that go into pure mathematics will benefit all other aspects of a person's life, as he believes that God is logical and set up this world to follow logical rules.
