Allie Grayshon is an educator with extensive experience with diverse learners, including those with learning differences. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes engaging, fun, and flexible learning environments where students connect new concepts with prior knowledge through methods ranging from kinesthetic activities to reflective review. With a rich background in supporting students in both inclusive and specialized settings, she has honed strategies that empower every learner to thrive, mirroring her own adaptive approach to overcoming dyslexia. Outside the classroom, she enjoys building LEGO sets with her husband, immersing herself in book series, and taking morning walks with her dog while engaging in daily Bible study. Her passion for teaching, coupled with her personal interests, enriches her commitment to serving others and nurturing both academic growth and personal faith.
